Due to the nature of haircare and skincare products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items. This is to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and product integrity for all customers.
Eligible Returns (Unopened Items Only)
We accept returns on unopened, unused, and sealed products within 14 days of delivery. Please reach out to us if you need assistance on what product to buy.
