Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During sales or launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. If you need help, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
If this happens, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier.
Eligible Returns (Unopened Items Only)
We accept returns on unopened, unused, and sealed products within 14 days of delivery. Please reach out to us if you need assistance on what product to buy.

Once your return is approved, you may choose:
