A.) Cancellations and reschedules must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance of the appointment time. Failure to cancel before 24 hours will result in a fee of 50% of the total appointment cost. Day of, no call-no show clients will be charged the complete total of their appointment cost.
B.). Clients receiving a chemical service for the first time are required to submit a nonrefundable $100 deposit that will be deducted from their total on the day of their appointment.
C.) No refunds will be given on services. If the client is unsatisfied with the final results of their appointment, they may contact The 1994 within seven days of the original appointment and discuss a resolution which may include a second appointment to correct the service.
D.). If any client has been exposed to COVID-19 or is experiencing any cold or flu-like symptoms including coughing, body aches, or fever, they must reschedule their appointment, Cancellation policy (section A) still applies. If the client has been diagnosed with COVID-19, more than seven days have passed since their positive test, and they are not experiencing any symptoms, they may attend their appointment while wearing a face covering over their nose and mouth. Some spa services may need to be altered/canceled if the service can not be performed with a mask on.
